Товар шёл около месяца до Сахалина, трек отслеживается. С продавцом не общалась. Единственное что мне не понравилось, что она разборная, щётка отдельно, ручка отдельно. И там не ровно все это сделано, не понятно как ручку вставить, чтоб держалось(( волоски средней жёсткости, сыпятся (((натуральные или нет не знаю.
